As busy as I have ever been in my life, (seriously, at one time I worked (outside of the house) 12+ hours a day, always five, sometimes six days a week), and as dire as I have ever been (again, I once was worried that I'd have enough gas to make it to work all of my first two weeks until I got paid on a new job), there is one area of my life that I've never compromised nor budgeted, and that's food! Food is too important to cut corners.
Nope. Not at all. I definitely believe that we eat to live, and food has a designed purpose. We can and should learn how food works, because then, we can celebrate it, and make real food. Those are what my recipes are, real food, that I really make, and really eat.
