This Lamb Chili is super quick, and super flavorful in large part due to using store-bought tomato salsa. Is it cheating? I don’t know. I do know that it works, and it’s delicious! Adding arugula to the bottom of the bowl makes it a one-dish meal!
Every now and then, I find a really great vegan recipe… …and either put an egg on top or add bacon, and call it dinner.
Jerk Chicken! – It’s actually pretty easy to pull off, but I still consider it a labor of love. Who says a labor of love has to be labor intensive? (If you still need to prove yourself, just make any number of the 100 sides that pair so well with it!)
I’m experimenting with making Arepas to use up every last scrap of my Jerk Chicken. Jerk Chicken, Mango Salad, Aji Verde… …on Arepas! Have I sold you yet?! Join in the fun!
Simple, but dare I say, perfect, that’s what these Grilled Chicken Breasts are. Sometimes you need something quick and easy, but still perfect; heck, usually I need something quick and easy but still perfect.
Beautiful, actually quick, healthy, and delicious; what’s not to love. This Steamed Steelhead Trout is one of those dishes whose returns far outweigh the effort.
Chicken Tacos – Go all out on taco night: perfectly seasoned and flavored shredded chicken with all the toppings – PLUS! In full Just-A-Little-Grand style, there’s a recipe for your own, simple, soft taco shells! Make these for your family and you won’t be offended if they are tempted to sing ‘Taco Flavored Kisses’ to you.
It’s never a bad time to make lasagna. Even if you’ve got New Year’s resolutions, lasagna can still be accommodated.
These Bijou Beef Wellingtons are a perfectly-portioned, perfectly-achievable, perfectly crispy main dish. December baking isn’t quite over until you’ve made this for dinner!
